ADELAIDE SWORD ACADEMY
Adelaide Sword Academy (formerly Indes Fechtschule) teaches medieval martial arts. Our classes balance fitness, personal instruction, and sparring with medieval weaponry. We research and interpret medieval works on swordplay, and train hard to develop the martial skills of a medieval knight or warrior, as well as a chivalric and courteous character. IRONCLAD ACADEMY OF THE SWORD
Ironclad are an Adelaide-based group dedicated to the re-enactment of medieval tournaments and the pursuit of historical european martial arts (hema). New members and inquiries always welcome.
Ironclad have been operating since 2012. We are a frequent sight entertaining audiences at local fairs and private events. We train twice a week at our Hindmarsh club rooms, in both theatrical and HEMA swordsmanship.
